Ntl Probleams with Sky sports

Is anybody here who has subscribed to ntl for sky sports missing Sky sports 1 and Sky sports new channel, as they are completley gone. Was having a bit of probleam last night with screen crashing on a few channels, now they 2 most important channels are gone!!!
