After several years i'm thinking of taking up piano again. did about seven years of piano up till i was about 14 but that is now well behind me as i'm 24 and the only think i remember to play is twinkle twinkle little star....with two hands. oooooOOOOOOO

Anyway i used to play an upright piano but now thats seen better days so thinking of starting again with a keyboard but just don't know what to buy.

Now this isn't a "wanted" ad, but looking for a good keyboard with a good piano sound off it that isn't too expensive. kinda between the 100 - 200 euro bracket. maybe up to 250.

Just wondering would anyone have any good suggestions of one.

    thanks for any replies.

    either a second hand casio cdp 101 ( 250 - 300 euro )

    or a second hand roland rd 170 ( 500 euro )

the roland is excellent , but the casio is good for the money .

I got a Roland EP-7 on eBay for €75, and it's pretty good. Not the most accurate feel in the world, but it does the job.

Not too sure what you're after but maybe consider a Yamaha NP30? Budget digital piano. Not quite full size keys (few % smaller I think) though.

Or try to find a good deal on a second-hand Yamaha P70.
