Why does our TV not work with UPC analogue?

Hello, looking for a little help.

I have two UPC points, one UPC digital box, and 2 TVs.

I moved the TV that had been on the digital connection to the anologue connection, but I can't make it work.

Both TVs work fine with the digital box (connected by SCART).
One TV works fine with the anologue connection (coax cable), giving about 17 anologue channels.
But the other TV does not work on the same anologue connection, I can't get it to tune in any channels. It is a Matsui, don't know the model number.
Am I doing something stupid in the tuning, or is there some likely reason a TV that was working ok via digital/SCART will not work via anologue/coax?

Is it a UK/Foreign TV originally? UK stations are broadcast on UHF so only have tuners for that, Irish stations are broadcast on a mix of UHF/VHF, and a UK TV often won't tune VHF channels. I'm not sure but I think UPC analogue might be all on VHF, I had a UK TV before that wouldn't pick up anything on analogue (but did get RTE with rabbit ears), someone might correct me if I'm wrong on that. So if it's a uk TV I'd guess that's your problem.

Easy fix is to use a different box to tune the channels, easiest option is an old video recorder if you can lay your hands on one.

Steven - thanks! That must be it... we brought the TV over when moving from the UK. I will try what you suggest.
