    Need some advice...

    Picked almost all my team but I have 9.5m to spend on a Defender & Midfielder.

    Any ideas? The midfielder needs to be either a penalty/free kick or corner taker...considering Noble.

    Defender obviously has to be as good as what left over money can buy....

    Will probably do my wildcard in Week 3 at this rate but here's my squad for the first two weeks:

    Given

    Faye Ab (will swap for Fig week 2)
    Zhirkov
    Evra
    Carragher

    Gerrard
    Lampard
    Modric

    Bent (if he moves to Sunderland)
    Beattie
    Ebanks-Blake

    Subs - Hart, Figueroa, Larsson, Muamba

    Noble is a great player, definately worth 6.0 - but best of luck getting a defender for 3.5 ;)

    I like it a lot. Not many people seem to be going for Modric which is surprising.

    Larsson takes the set pieces for Birmingham and is 5.0 and you can pick up Faye Ab (playing Burnley first game) for 4.5

    Your entire midfield isn't playing Week 2, also I think Hull will be very poor this year so I'd get rid of Turner

    True, my mistake. It's a good side on paper, albeit a bit unbalanced (needs at least 1 top four defender in there), but GW2 is going to be a killer for a lot of teams so it'd be better if the side was designed around it now rather than later

    I'd agree with that. However there's a few players that you gotta look at getting and keeping before they start to increase in value. My keeper and 4 outfielders aren't playing GW2 so with the keeper+3 on my bench and 1 transfer that week it should be fine. Looking at my team as is I have 13 different clubs represented! Bad idea?

    I set this up,league code is 50586-171343. I set a limit of 20 teams,what do ye think? Maybe when we have 20,someone else will set up another.
