90s Complilation CD - Need title!!

Wondering if anyone can help me - Im trying to remember the title of a compilation CD I was given a million years ago but have since lost. It was a deadly album and I'd love to replace it if I could only remember the name of it.

It was a double CD Indie/Rock compilation from the 90s - I was given it somewhere around 1996-'98 and it had bands like President of the USA, Skunk Anansie, Reef, Radiohead, Placebo etc on it. I think the front of the album was black and yellow. I've tried googling lots of things but have had no luck yet.

Try searching for some of the artists in either itunes or on amazon it may well throw the album up.

'Shine' was the first thing that came to mind too...

Defo wasnt a freebie as it was a birthday present and it wasnt a Shine compiliations either - thanks anyway dudes!! Been trawling through amazon alright and few other website like discogs, etc. with no luck. No big deal anyway, just thought Id see if anyone knew what I was looking for!! Thanks
