I have just had UPC "Digital Max & Digital+" installed and must admit to total disappointment.. The guide is only usable 10% of the time and some channels Kerrange + MTV etc are totally pixilated . Why did I pay for this..
Any advice on how to improve the performance etc..
The BOx I have is the DCI622IUPC-DVR , are their any tweaks to be done.

I think the digital+ is great, I have no problems with it at all.

I think you should contact UPC because I don't have that issue.

Yeah I had it before, I thought it was awful, and the menu is SO slow it would drive you mad.

I had the digi service in Jan of this year & it was gone by March.

Constantly having to re-boot & rescan the box for missing channels, it was a complete nightmare.
