I graduated from DIT last October with a pass degree. Is it possible for me to repeat the year and try and get a better grade even though i already passed?

Yes, albeit you will have to pay fees and will not receive any grant.
And how is it viewed in the working world. Will it stand against me repeating or will employers never know?

i was under the impression that repeating final year gave you a 2.2 cap on grade
