Just been catching up on a lot of news and found a bit more on this.

    http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/more-teams-route-details-announced-for-tour-of-ireland?cid=OTC-RSS&attr=news_headlines

David broke some bones in his face and Paidi had a tendon damaged when he got it caught in some spokes!

Don't tell me Paidi was trying to adjust his speed sensor while on the move? Been there, done that. Blood everywhere.

150 stitches to face is what i heard. Having done a face plant before myself with only a tiny fraction of that amount of stitches, i cant even imagine what that must've felt like.

OK, will stick that one on the list of things not to do so, nice one. I have never tried with the front one but have tried a bit of a jiggle with my cadence sensor, probably not the best idea all right. Good that we can learn from the mistakes of others :pac:
