New UPC card

    All looking for some info - as I can't seem to find it on UPCs web site,

    My mother got a new card this morning and she’s concerned that if she inserts her new card will she loose her recordings on her Digital + box.


    Rather then sit on hold for ages to UPC has anyone else inserted there new card and lost there recordings ?

    No... The Card swap has no impact on recorded programs...

    I got my card last week and made the swap before I went to bed. Everything appeared to be back to normal the next morning and none of my 52% of recordings were lost. Don't forget to phone UPC once you have made the swap to confirm everything is working ok.
