    The ongoing farce eh?

Agreed, new thread, not for here.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,052 ✭✭✭Dr_Pepper

Didn't feel it warranted a new thread, just wanted to point it out. Perhaps i should have put it in airsoft news? idk
Plus its not really a discussion topic how would the argument unfold?

    1."OMG look what they did"
2."No they didnt, you made that up"
1."Eh check it yourself its clearly a copy paste"
2."Stop ur technical jargon i know the truth, i was at the meeting!"

EDIT -- Ah it has its own thread. Next please?

It is a rofl ride of unprofessionalism, well, it would be rofl if it wasn't purported to be a representative body of our sport.

It takes a bigger man to step away from a job he isn't doing well that may hurt others than a stubborn man who cares only for his own ego, forsaking the interests of others.

By the by, its 35 degrees here, and I can't go outside because I'll cook.

I have internets and beer, heh, stupid weather.

The irony isn't lost on me, at home I'd hide from the rain.

Just have to say, its 22:30 on a Friday night and there are 40 members on the site, we must all be feeling the pinch in the economy.:D Either that or we're holding out for the Bank hols weekend next week.

One of the girls called me earlier today. Apparently I am (it didn't sound like I had a choice in the matter) going to their house for a party that starts around 9pm Friday and ends around 8pm Monday.
Realistically I should be having a few beers now and calling it training but I'm too tired to bother. Besides, I've a shop to open in the morning.

I tried to go out tonight, but all my friends are poor at the moment. Particularly the ones with jobs. Oh well, beer and boards it is tonight.

Did i make fun of you? NO!
I pointed out an obvious spelling error on the IASRA site.

Now if YOU wrote that then i would get someone to proof read everything you write for the sake of your "association".

Look, to maintain constant air speed velocity a swallow has to flap its wings 55 times a minute, am I right?

Is that an African or European swallow?

adding me on facebook one minute, them slagging off a website I took weeks working on? how is that not the most two faced thing?
really childish and low, I'd appreciate an e-mail saying there's a mistake, rather than a snotty comment

sorry rew, I won't comment anymore on this

No absolutely not. When your Mariel on the field or on facebook i have never made fun of you.

However it is the JOB of your association to be professional at all times.
Your website has numerous spelling errors strewn all over it and looks terrible.
Whether you like it or not, by having an association you represent airsoft and therefore ME.
As such i would expect the same level of professionalism from you as i would any other body. If i saw the same mistakes on the IAA site i'd do the same thing and i hope they wouldn't see fit to make it personal. You need to seperate WHO you are from WHAT you do before you take everything personally.

Now im sorry you seem to have taken some personal offence to what i did but by god i can't anywhere that i offended you.

Was that statement meant to offend? A substantial group of people?

Get the Gestapo gardai round and have this blasphemer criminal taken for re-nedification.
