Who are your favourite dry/deadpan/understated comedians.
I'm thinking along the lines of peope like Bob Newhart, Steven Wright, Stewart Lee, Jimmy Carr.

Bernie Mac he did dead pan better than anyone. He is dead now too so he still has an edge.

Jack Dee is one of, if not my favorite. Saw him in the Olympia a few years back and just had my stomach in knots with laughter.

Love his moany moapy style.
