    Can you get this channel on UPC/NTL?

    It doesn't seem to be listed on the website on any of its channel packages.

    Don't think it is part of the basic package, unless it has changed very recently

    That list is useless. They only show a selection of the channels each package gives you (not very good marketing on their part).

    This list will show all channels and what packages they're on.

    However certain channels aren't available in certain regions regardless of package, but mostly they are. If a channel is available at all in region X, it will be on the packages listed on the above list.
