Chorus = frustrating

It's happened again. Every now and then the Chorus boxes in our house decide to f*ck with us. All we see is a "menu" screen, and we can't view any channels. Does this happen to others? Anyone know of a solution? Thanks.

Which model box have you got?
Digital or Analogue?
Are you on MMDS or Cable?
Which ex-Chorus area is it?
If MMDS, which mast is the dish pointing at.
