That is quite funny how Brian standing beside Marcus made him look somewhat short, reckon that is why Marcus did the lifting him up - he didn't like having to look up at a bloke to talk to him.

he's definately not all their like.. don't know whether its put on or not but he was funny..although i think he actually annoyed me after a while in the series he was in..

I don't think so. He wouldn't have a particularly high iq (well below average), and hes probably very basic in his thought process, but I wouldn't say he'd be retarded under any modern definition.
Like I think he could be trusted to live alone, cook for himself, hold down a factory job etc.
I'm not an expert though.
