Go grey gracefully. Guys can look "distinguished" when they are greying. Unfortunately for women it usually involves a rush to the dye bottle.

I'm actually worried that I'll start greying young, my mum started going grey when she was 25 and I hope that's not hereditary!

That's a toughie, I was going grey since I was 18, I kept dying it till I was about 25, cos I didn't like the 'going grey' thing. At 25 I stopped dying, mainly because I couldn't be bothered. I am now totally grey, like Ravanelli 'the silver fox', not sure I like this either though, people think I am in my 40's and I am just 31 but ti is too late to go back now, everyone would know :pac:

Feck it start dying it now, but be warned, you will have to do it every few weeks.
Top Tip- womens dye is cheaper and will last you about 5 goes as opposed to mens which will do two goes max (don't mix it all at once though).

I've got the same issues, but then I am a vet now!

Girls, believe it or not I think that grey flecks of hair are a very sexy look for girls. I've no idea why, but it just is. I may be in a minority with this opinion though!

Great fun. We stayed in the Red Light/druggie district in Frankfurt (Zuppy was a it late organising accomodation!), wow, those women work hard, they seemed to be at their corners 20 hours a day! IMDE was great fun, I love that race. Spend some recovery time in Bonn and then on to Zurich. IMCH was a mess but we got to hang out with some really cool people so had a blast.

lol, no a guy randomly stopped and hit me with a fist in the swim at ironman Switzerland. It was completely malicious not the usual rough and tumble of IM swims. Police dealing with it now. I've come home with a broken nose and a damaged eye but basically in one piece and fortunately (unlike Tunney's disaster) I was able to finish my race, albeit slowly.

What the hell? You sound so calm about the incident, I can't believe a fella would do that, and you are a girl right? What a complete f@&$ing psycho! Hope he gets what he deserves.
