UPC bills not appearing online

    Wondering if anyone else is having this problem...
    Normally my bill appears as PDF on upc.ie when I login, however neither June nor July's bill has appeared. They are still taking out the direct debit.
    I've tried ringing twice to figure out why this is happening, but in both cases have not received a satisfactory answer other than a promise to post out the missing invoices (which have not arrived).

    Anyone else seeing similar issues?

    They are not allowed to take the DD without sending you the bill, send them an email advising them they are breaching the terms of the DD and if you do not get the bills within five days, you will be forced to ask the bank to reverse the DD...
