    Hi,
I foolishly loaned my laptop to a buddy before he shipped off to Canada to look for work.He as a practical joke installed Optenet filter on to my laptop. This blocks poker sites and betting and other videos and is used as a parental control.A password and all sorts of things are needed to uninstall this.I have e-mailed the company that makes this but no joy.has anybody any ideas how to remove this.

    1. Power on laptop.
    2. Go to aerlingus.com
    3. Buy flight to Canada.
    4. ???
    5. Profit. Dead friend.
