Sorry to be posting so much -but I'm in a hotel in Ballinasloe and I'm trying to stay clear of the bar!
Next week I'm in Letterkenny - so it could be worser!
Continuing the bird theme.
I generally thought starlings were plain enough birds- but after I caught this fellow on a chair in the backgarden in May, I see how beautiful they are.
There is no after treatment here - other than a crop.

Nelson's Victory was indeed a first rate ship of the line with 104-106 guns over 3 decks. At the time this was the cabin of
Captain Hardy; "Kiss me Hardy", Nelson's more elaborate cabin was located directly below was nowhere near as photogenic.
