In fairness the heatwave was forecast some way out too far out to be accurate, basically what happened was the high pressure was pushed back South by a Low pressure from the Atlantic. We could see some crap weather for quite a while, I keep telling people that summer is over now, they get quite angry lol :D

I never expect good weather during irish summers, so when its sunny its a nice surprise. :) The uk has upped its heatwave warning today.

Anyone been in the new chipper where Closh Stores used to be? Its called Luigis and its cheap as chips(see what i done there) and the food is excellent.

i totally agree, apart from 1 thing. The chili sauce they use on their kabab's isn't great at all. Anything else i.ve had from it is nice tough.

    I RETURN!

and yes, luigis, i have tried, and seems quiet nice!

KFC walks all over that, 6 pieces of chicken and 4 chips for a tenner :P

But the chips are usually cold and in very short supply, and the chicken is only good if you have a bad case of the munchies. Family bucket is better value.
