Receiving calls from other countries

Hi, I just got a call from a number that started with +212. I checked it out, +212 is the dialling code for Morocco. I'm pretty sure I dont know anyone in Morocco. This has happened a few times, with other country codes. People usually giving out stink in another language. This ever happen to anyone else? Maybe my phone…
