    You got that straight. I wouldnt call a goverment that cuts funding to a childrens hospital, and cuts funding for a vaccine that is proven to prevent certain types of cancers in young women exelent. however, i digress.


    the reason he's called His Excellency is because the ambassador is ment to be addressed as

    "His execllency Peter Gunning, The Ambassaor of Ireland" as in he's the highest Ranked person there

    thanks for all help i have found a flight from alicante to shannnon tomorrow at 22.15 to cork thanks to all who helped and seriosly please stop taking the piss its not funny my girlfriend is with her friends right now afraid for her life she has just done her leaving and tried to get a well deserved break i dont no how you can see humor in this
