Corke Abbey/Woodside Glen - access to sea and town?

Hi, I'm just wondering if anybody knows if there are any shortcuts from these estates if you want to get to the sea/beach or to the main road down to the town Or is the only way from the main road into the estate? Thanks a mill!

legally, the main road is the only way to go

Used to be able to go under the Dart bridge but somebody blocked that ... and I'm pretty sure it was full of rats anyway.
