Best way to get sales agents?

    What is the best way to get good sales agents.
    I have being trying for the last year, with no success. I have advertised in local and national papers, on the internet, got a few e mails and then they would not follow it up.
    It's not door to door, or MLM (Its actually selling our services as web developers)
    Any ideas would be great thanks.

    would it be commis based or base salary plus commish?

    It is straight commossion.
    Would suit some rep who is allready selling to business's or someone who wants to get into the sales game.

    Hi

    Have you thought about contacting the local small business advice centres, as they would likely have a list of working agents.

    Other suggestions would be to visit business trade events and talk to other companies to see if they will share the contacts they use.
