I am looking to get my hands on a dynamo to power a radio i have. I'd be looking for to get around 9-12v and about 2-watts. Does anyone know a supplier or manufacturer that does these? in ireland or abroad. I am looking to get new ones, I have looked online and can only come up with ready made wind-up radios / flashlights. any help at all would be appreciated!

Sorry about the above user. The last three posts Bad Girl made have not been very helpful.

what exactly are you trying to do with it? would a bicycle dynamo be suitable?

You can get low-torque motors that can be used as generators, no idea what the power output is though. I'd check out Peats of Parnell St. or Maplin to see if they've anything to suit.
