Over 120km last year less than a minute separate Clonliffe from Rathfarnham. Who will win the day this year? Sometimes these events come down to logistical things. Has everyone done a training run on the relay leg they are to run to familiarise themselves with the route. Do people know how to navigate the highways and…

Great read there guys, will get similar reactions from my team tonight I reckon. Oh, and Magnet, I feel your pain, the horses were the height of my worries for the leg also, I kept checking to see if they were chewing on a singlet as I did what was comfortably the fastest 200m of the leg! Great performance though to you all, last to 14th, great display.

Little things can make a big difference.

Boards AC have a solid team so we'll be looking for a reasonable result. It'll be fun in any event
