being bank holiday monday today, are most shops in the city open today? also, when's all the marathon stuff to be cleared out and buses returned to normal? thanks

Most are usually there's a few shops that don't, I don't ever recall the phone shops being open but most clothes shops will be.

Not sure about the buses.

Future reference- all department stores and high street shops would open either 11-7 (Dunnes..possibly M&S etc) or 12-6 at the least. Smaller shops like Fitzpatricks shoes don't, small jewellery shops and obscure shops wouldn't either.
