    The North City Darts League Grand Finals were played out last night in the Jolly Toper . Results were as follows ...


    Singles

    Semi-Finals :

    Liam Bolger (Maurices 8) 2-0 Ray Broe (Bottom Of The Hill)

    Shane O Connor (Patriots) 2-0 Peter Joyce (Bells 8)

    Final :

    Shane O Connor 2-0 Liam Bolger


    Doubles

    Final :

    B Owens/K Smith (St Peregrines) 2-0 P Talbot/K Carroll (Cappagh House)


    Junior Cup

    Final :

    Raheny GAA 5-4 Fitzers 8 (Sheaf O'Wheat)


    Senior Cup

    Final :

    Patriots 5-3 Brock Inn

    Aye , hadnt met him before last night but he's a sound fella .

    Nerves (lack of booze!) got the better of us both in the semi . He played well enough in the final although I'm sure he'll be thinking he should have played better . I suppose everyone thinks that when they get beaten by Shane though !

    Dont really agree with the junior league getting three final places and the senior only one!

    I presume (I have no idea tbh) that's because there are more junior teams than senior ? It's a fair point you're making though .
