Anyone know where someone can pick up one of these? Either something like an erotic cake or just a novelty one...It's for a birthday

Tescos have some novelty cakes. Dont think they do erotic ones though

I can't think of a shop offhand but most bakeries will do any cake to order, even erotic cakes! just tell them your requirements.
