Hypnosis for Thumb Sucking

Hi, I've been sucking my thumb for years now and I really need to stop. I mainly do it at night time. I would like to try hypnosis. Can anyone tell me if they can recommend a good hynotist. Has anyone cured/or attempted to stop thumb sucking through hypnosis? Thanks S

I've seen NLP therapy produce good results for people with phobias and compulsions, but I'm not aware of any NLP practitioners in Ireland.
