Wlan connection for w960i or P1

    Hi,
    im having trouble conecting my w960i to a wireless network. i can see the router, i enter the "phasekey"(the router is wpa-personal and the phone is set to that too) but when i go to connect it says conection failed.

    Please any help would be great.

    Oh i said P1 because i assume they are the same

    If you turn off the security (briefly of course:) ) will it connect?

    i wil try that later on, thanks
    anything else u reckon it could be, if it did work with the security off why wont it work with it on? could it be the software on the phone?
