They went off at 10/3 and 6/1. I got them at 5s and 7s.

I back each 1 euro e/w (its just for fun right now!)

think ill follow it so also..anything over 4-1 ill back e-w or do the insure bet on paddypower...pity i didnt get on yesterday, chances of hm picking all winners over the weekend is quite unlikely

Porticcio in Killarney 3.35 also advised.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 88,968 ✭✭✭✭mike65

Feck, missed that and the value now 5s from 13/2

The Pricewise Extra effect is obvious, the tipped horses have twice as many bets as the rest.

was looking at the racing post tipping page, has the stats on most backed today... coral shoes is most backed, wonder is this as a direct result of the pricewise tips! (1219 bets) then all the others come after that the 2:00's etc its way out on its own considering the time its on at!

I was amazed Tom Colier put that one up in the context of such a hot race.

    2nd successful lay :)

Disputed the lead for a while but outpaced the last 1f and kept on the same pace for 5th

To be fair laying is the cowards option ;)

I would say that laying his tips is the best option. The prices have usually contracted so much that there is no value to be had. Segal tips a horse @10/1, it's backed in to 6/1 for eg. I would lay this all day. What's his record for the season Mike, I doubt he is much ahead (probably behind they usually are) and even if he is it will be hard to get the prices that he quotes.

I'm not getting into an argument about this - I'm following pricewise as an exercise nothing else. I'm not planning to get rich. I just note that the critics weren't in here when PW was firing in winners earlier in this thread. ;)

I can't see anybody arguing but anyways what's his record for the season? and as for firing in winners even Tommo has the occasional good run;)
