They take somehwere around ten years to grow to full size anyway. Although they do begin breeding at three years of age.

Good idea, seeing as how they fly and have never developed the concepts of toilet or bathroom. Who really wants a 800 pound pigeon relieving itself on their car.

800 pound what the hell is it...

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 47,868 Mod ✭✭✭✭cyberwolf77

Technically they are a winged lizard. 800 pounds is average weight for a young adult. The full size ones are like three times that weight.

bloody hell we are in trouble...

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 47,868 Mod ✭✭✭✭cyberwolf77

They eat mostly cows. Although one old one did assault a car awhile back.

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 47,868 Mod ✭✭✭✭cyberwolf77

You shoot them a whole lot.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,891 ✭✭✭countrybabe1

bloody hell need to learn how to shoot a gun now. not sure i want a gun in the house tho with my son here. and u said they can eat a cow, would they eat humans like small kids...or is it just animals that they go for..

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 47,868 Mod ✭✭✭✭cyberwolf77

Humans tend to be on the small side for them to eat. They tend to avoid population centers and hate loud noises.

well i suppose thats a good thing tho...

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Social & Fun Moderators Posts: 47,868 Mod ✭✭✭✭cyberwolf77

Yeah unless you happen to be a dairy farmer. I hear the insurance is murder. That and the cost of elephant guns and the shells for them.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,891 ✭✭✭countrybabe1
