    Does anyone know if the Atlantis poker club is still in operation or was it closed down? Also, is there any other clubs in Carlow?

    atlantis is still going(down the little alley beside boscos butchers)
    theres a small club in bagnalstown as well

    Thanks, does the Atlantis or the other club have websites. I can find the schedule on the boards but its over a year old so I wouldn't like to post info onto the cardrooms.ie site if its changed.

    Sorry fore the delay in answering, have been playing poker non stop for a week.


    The club address is 3 charlotte st Carlow

    web site will be up in 2 weeks ( about time for us after 3 years ) www.atlantiscasino.ie

    We had a club in Clonmel that was shut down and went to court, the case was won last week by atlantis casino in clonmel district court.

    The schedule of tournaments is as follows

    mon 50 freezout
    tues 50 with 25 rebuy
    wed 10 euro unlimited rebuys for one hour
    thurs freeroll with 10 euro rebuys for one hour
    fri 40+10 scalp
    sat 20 +20 rebuy
    sun 20 euro omaha with 2 rebuys or top up for 10 euro

    all tournaments start at 9.30pm

    On the 13th of june we are running Wsop 3 packages guaranteed with flights and accomodation
    1 to main event
    2 to event 54 the 1500 freezout

    This is in conjunction with Irish eyes, i will be posting all sats for this event in next couple of days , both live and online
    We have 30 tickets paid for already in the club at 500 a ticket with 50 reg

    I'm going to create another section for WSOP satellites and i'll add your June tournament there.

    I would have liked to play the WSOP satellite on the 13th June but I'm getting hitched the day before but I know a few guys who may be interested so I'll let them know.
