Dizzy when driving

Has anyone ever experienced this before ?
And if so, did you get to the root cause ?

Beat me too it. Could be vertigo, could be strong motion sickness, could be anything. Stay off the road and have it checked out.

Could it be a form of a panic attack? Have you ever had any bad road related experiences in your past?

I've had a number of dizzy spells over the last few months, GP put it down to stress, but when it kept occurring (and i blacked out momentarily at a traffic light) he sent me for blood tests. turns out I've a deficiency in vitamin B12. not saying that could be what's causing your trouble but dizziness while driving can have serious consequences for someone, maybe not you but you could black out or something and have an accident.

OP go get it checked. About 5 years ago had my mam in the car and got hit with a sudden case of vertigo, pulled the car over and she literrally had to hold my hand walking home, I was walking in walls/trees/poles etc not nice.

Same happened about a year ago with the GF, was in mayo and basically got dizzy and could even stand up as I kept falling over.

Go get it checked

Ive done a bit of a google and that def in B12 came up alright, along with lots of other issues that confused me, that why i said i'd see if other people have similar experiences.

no, not a panic attack
im a fairly calm person and i dont wear glasses either

Go to your dr and get this sorted you could be a danger to yourself and others while driving.
