I'm probably well slow off the mark here but I've just discovered this band. I saw them at a gig in Cyprus Avenue a few mths ago and they were supreme!

Started buying their albums from then on and they are unbelievable! The best hip-hop coming out of Ireland (Not hard, but still!) without a doubt.

Anyone else a fan? Fave tracks/albums?

Love these guys, really sound from talking to them for a couple minutes at gigs too. "All the Other Girls" and "Something Outta Nothing" are my favourite tracks, but that whole album is great.

If you can get your hands on their oldest album "Whats Confusing You?" you will NOT regrets it. Quality stuff all-round but their first album is probably the most "hip-hop".

See: (probably one of the weakest tunes on the album too)

I really enjoy them. Messiah J can be slightly nasal sounding on the louder tracks which can grate over the course of a full CD but you can't knock the lyrical content or the beats. They're great at composing a proper song instead of just running a loop for two minutes.

There's loads of good Irish hip hop. It's just under exposed so nobody hears most of it.

I don't like that Jean song either tbh. On that album I like 'Keep the noise down', 'Megaphone man' and 'Turn the magic on'. If ye have the opportunity to see them live I'd definitely recommend them. The music is amazing, Messiah J has unbelievable energy, really charismatic on stage! I chatted to them after too, really sound guys!
