Comfortably through with a 34-14 win. My 'big money' signing at fullback picked up MOM.

Looking for a friendly if anyone's interested.

damn u stev_o i was so close. A score in the 78 minute! :( Is the rematch going to be next week? Oh ya what does WNWIM mean?

Mate i was screaming (metaphorically of course :p) at my team, your lads broke through 3 times and touched down on the last one, then did the same again and i honestly thought i was gone. Thank god for your team having a wonky lineout :p Next week it shall be settled, you said me the invite so you get home advantage this time.

WNWIM = With Next Week in Mind

It is under the tactics section of team selection. Basically your players will play to a lower intensity/standard in order to conserve themselves.

I hope there are no replays next week

Edit: Maybe we could do a first try wins rule or something . . .

Blackout has rules for draws in the playoffs if its any help.

"In the event of a draw, the winners will be decided by the half-time score, number of tries, number of drop goals, number of conversions, number of successful penalty kicks at goal, metres gained, number of linebreaks, number of intercepts, or all else failing, the team playing at home."

That's to do with their cup, we are just going to do a replay considering that there is i think 3 or 4 fixtures that have to be played dew to not showing up last week for special reasons or something.

I know. I was just suggesting in the event of replays needed next week or god forbid we need a serious of replays to seperate sides we might establish a cut off point (say one replay then sudden death) and then follow the Blackout rules for draws. Just a suggestion anyway.

As far as I can tell only the replay and the Flaying Whales/Meh matches have been organised for Monday. I'll send out PM's again tomorrow, but it looks like teams like Cats, Tommy Tigers and a couple of others have gone AWOL.

Chip kick, regather then a maori side step (??? do they mean Pacific Island side step ie run straight through them) and gets the pass off but my 17 year old winger knocks it on in front of the posts >_<

put 7 tries over on my opponenets. 48 - 12 was the final score. Played like there was no tomorrow tho :P needed to get the win to pull away in front for the league. So my lads will be fúcked for my cup game.[/U]

nice one, my team one again in the league 41-7. Think its a new team. Was supposed to be desterro rugby but they must have been taken over by someone else

Just back in the door from Dublin after going to the Munster match. Was expecting my team to get hammered by the 2nd ranked team in the league after sending out an experimental team with no boards cup match till next week but we won 43 - 19, scoring 7 tries. Still 8 points behind the leaders but could be making a late surge here. Go on the Hurricanes :D
