Public Transport in Wicklow .. Help!

I need to get to The Glendalough Hotel near Laragh by public transport. Im coming from via Dublin, whats my options here Doesnt seem to be a bus from Dublin to Laragh. Any help very gratefully received

alternatively get the train to Rathdrum and get a cab (its about 10 miles I think).

Another one for the Glendalough bus .. be aware though that it can get quite busy during normal commuting hours. I know a couple of people from Bray that use it to commute to/from Dublin, even though the 145 goes past their door.
