I had a bad experience with the bronzer from ASOS. I bought clothes and the box the bronzer came in was burst open, bronzer all broken.

I emailed then and they were very good at sending out another one free of charge but this was all broken also (even though this one was in a jiffy bag)

Hope the same thing doesn't happen to you!
