advice-know someone who is mentally exhausted

    Hi All,

    I know someone who is mentally exhausted,work,marriage,college etc..stressed to the eyeballs.
    She is seeing a psychologist

    I was wondering if anyone could recommend a week away, sort of like a retreat where she can get total rest & relaxation?

    Obviously a holiday would be good, maybe a week in a health spa etc..

    I think she needs a total break from everything, phone switched off..

    I will also post on Personal issues forum.

    Any suggestions welcome

    Sounds terrible, your friend may need more than a week! What about any of the wellness spas in Slovenia? I was looking into a holiday there and I have a couple of links, it's very reasonable over there. If you want something closer to home then google burren yoga retreat. But I'd seriously go for the wellness spas.

    This is the cheapest I've found check out the wellness package section
    Easyjet.com do reasonable flights to Slovenia and the spa is in the Julian Alps so healthy Alpine air will do your friend the world of good.
