DCU GAA Raffle

    hi i signed up to this site as it looks to be popular as regards talking about DCU. i was just wondering did this gaa raffle ever take place? i bought 2 tickets €10 each that said on the tickets draw takes place in february, no date! heard nothing of any prize winners? im all for helping out the gaa, i love the sport but this draw reeks to high heavens. im only a fresher was i naive to even buy these tickets in the 1st place? also heard from a few people that winners from last years draw still havent received their prizes!!:eek:

    Hi,

    The following were the winners of the DCU GAA Raffle heald in February last.

    Winner of Weekend Away:

    Fiona Farrell.

    All Ireland Hurling Final Ticket:

    Denise Mulhare.

    All Ireland Football Final Ticket:

    Phillip O'Donnell.

    Gym Membership:

    Michael Brady.

    Winners of prizes were contacted directly.

    The GAA Clubs will look into publishing the results of our annual draw in the future to avoid any confusion. Also, might I clarify that, while I do not have a list of them to hand, last years prize winners most certainly recieve their prizes.
