Buying a cheap bass

    Hey guys, as the title says, I'm looking to buy a cheap bass (as a present for me friend actually)

    I'm really strapped for cash so my budget is at the very max 200 (and that's really pushin it!)

    I've been kinda looking for something a little different from the norm and this caught my eye: http://www.thomann.de/ie/harley_benton_hbb200bk_ebass.htm Does anyone know anything about it?

    Have a look at the top of the screen, click on adverts.ie. There is a section in this for musical instruments, nearly all the stuff is second hand. You should be able to pick up a nice bass for 200.

    You should get a much better 2nd hand one for 200 than a new one for 200.

    When you do the deal, bring a mate along (who knows a bit about guitars/basses) to make sure you are getting what you paid for.
