    They seem to put out a few vintage styled models with replica headstocks which they leave blank, looks like they copy the Fender body dimensions too. They're MIJ. I've never played one, but tbh I like the tweaks they make with their own models (ie slightly smaller bodies, belly and forearm contours on the Teles, etc)

    The cheaper ones are Korean or Chinese, their Squier or Epi equivalents. I can't imagine them being any better than any other budget range.

    So this one is a Jap made yoke. Not the Universe model. I assume that the Universe model is made in China/Korea??

    No idea, but the man to ask would be aki-shiokawa (at) deviser (dot) co (dot) jp

    The Fender replicas share all the problems of the originals, IMO, like no body contours, 7.5" radius, awkward truss rod adjustments, etc. Having just sold an uncomfortable double contoured, 7.5" radius Tele and replaced it with a T-Master, I'd strongly recommend getting their own models, same sound but just doesn't ignore 60 years of ergonomics lessons :)
