I once heard a story about a girl who went on a school trip to Italy when she was sixteen, got off with an Italian, blew him and somehow got a throat infection from it. And then she was too scared to tell the teachers so she had to go into the Italian pharmacy to get something from it but the pharmacist didn't speak English and she didn't speak Italian so she had to mime what was wrong with her and what had happened
