    Hi,
I have been wondering for a long time, what is both your opinion and what is the legal situation, regarding the large groups of junkies that hang around the city, some of them with young children in tow.
    I know it sickens m

    Thanks.
e, when I see them with little children doing their deals.
The worst areas, are along Amiens street, they congregate their, in their jammies too.
Also, outside the Spar at corner of Malborough street and North Earl street?

I suppose what I would like to ask, is why cant they be picked up for child endangerment or something. Ive seen them many many times, swapping deals back and forth, and Im sure it could also be caught on CCTV.
Are they protected by some Law, that I am unaware of.
It seems crazy, that if someone saw an animal being mistreated the ISPCA would be involved.

Just wondering what you all feel about seeing such scenes?

If you are saying that the parents are putting the lives of their children in danger then this would be a job for these people http://www.dohc.ie/about_us/divisions/child_care.html

There is a link there in the above URL if you want to report it!

Doesn't seem to be a Garda issue (The Children side of it the drugs though = Garda issue)
