CBA = can't be arsed. Used in the UK, no idea if it's used here, never seen it.
KTE = keep the excuses.. seems to be a north american gamer thing.

Everything else has been covered, I think.

My old business teacher Punky Madden used to love catching people out with this. He'd single out a student and ask them to pronounce t-w-e. Then t-w-a.

Then with a grin he'd say - Pronounce t-w-o.

Any dumbass that would say "Twoh" would be told to stand in the corner for the rest of the class facing the wall.
