Going interrailing in july and i need accomodation cheaper than €30, any help?

I stayed in the first hostel in Feb and found it to be excellent value and the location is great too. Less than 15mins to the main train station. The rooms are clean and spacios and the communla faclilities were modern and funky.

That particular one is a very tall building and there are only two elevators and I have heard that in the peak season you can be waiting for ages for them but if you are travelling light that shouldnt be a big hassel and I had no problems with them.
