    Hi guys,

Anyone know of any decent guitar tech around Limerick? I have a few guitars that are in need of some TLC: A home made Telecaster cobbled together from spare Fender USA parts I bought. Thing is I think I fecked up on installing the pickups (Kinman Broadcasters - I'm not the best with electronics), A Martin electro-acoustic that has an extremely high action (was originally used for slide) and hasn't been touched in years, A 90s Fender Stratocaster Plus that is in need of a complete overhaul - shielding problems, issues with the jack port, neck/truss rod adjustsments and trem/bridge adjustments needed. It's also missing its machine heads.

I took a break from the music scene for a while and I'm ashamed to admit that these poor babies were a little neglected for the last couple of years:( Anyways, I wanna start playing again and want to get them all back into tip top shape. So, can anyone recommend anyone around the LImerick area that could tackle the problems mentioned above?

    Cheers :)

Marcus in Steamboat Music is pretty good, he's a real nice guy too, decent prices. Think he's in on thursdays and saturdays.

I've had Marcus in Steamboat setup some of my guitars. He did great job on them. There is another tech who some of my friends use and they highly recommend him but I can't remember his name, if I find out I'll let you know in this thread.
