I know Q-Bar have them but I'd rather go somewhere around Stephen's Green, preferably Dawson Street if possible. Can you help?

I like what you did there,using dawson and cheap in the one sentence,it's that sort of positive attitude that will get us out of the recession. Keep it up;)

If you are a student, cheap drink all Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Captain Americas. All draught pints €3.
