Kicking Ass

I am looking to learn a good self defence technique, MMA or martial arts. Im fit and strong enough and did some Kung Fu training once upon a time. Anyway I live in the Donegal/Derry area so something around there would be handy. Any Ideas?

Hi,
I do kickboxing in Derry. Phoenix freestyle in Pilots Row, Derry, really good club and great workout. If your looking for mma then I suggest Evolve in Springtown Derry, top facility and great workouts. They also do Kung-fu and other classes. I go there too and love it.
