    Hi,

I best thing that I can think of is the DSM IV (Diagnostic & Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders). However, these are obviously only concerned with mental disorders! For just regular personality types, then look up Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

However, I don't think that your plan will help you. You shouldn't try to define people in this way, and should instead just work on your own flaws. Be persistent and keep trying to socialise as best as you can, and then it WILL become easier. If you try to define everything, you could arguably make your situation worse. Just watch how others behave while talking, and simply copy them.
